Yoginium

My yoga, along with my mats, weaves threads of the past with the possibilities of the future.

Welcome to my world of yoga.

I was born in Serbia in 1983. I spent my childhood in a village near the Tamiš River, where I developed a deep respect for nature from an early age.

I wanted to explore the world and get to know different cultures. At the age of 20, I left to study abroad, living in various places and traveling extensively. I completed two master’s degrees, one at the Technical University of Vienna and the other at the Vienna School of Business. During my travels, yoga was my constant companion.

My formal yoga education began in India, where I delved deeply into ancient teachings and practices. As a yoga instructor with many years of experience, I aim to share knowledge from various aspects of yoga, facilitate understanding, and help people connect with themselves. My teaching style focuses on proper body alignment, the connection between breath and body, promoting strength, flexibility, and calming the mind.

My passion for yoga extends beyond the practice itself.

Inspired by the rich tradition of Pirot kilims (carpets), I found a unique way to merge my love for yoga with the art of weaving.

I design yoga mats that go beyond being simple exercise accessories—they are storytellers, narrating the story of yoga through the language of kilim symbols. Each mat carries the symbols of kilim art, bridging the gap between ancient craft and modern practice. For those seeking not only physical effort but also a deeper understanding of yoga’s roots in Hinduism and history, I offer a wealth of knowledge and insights.
